Good stuff sir, thought I was going to have to bang this out blind. But I would of stugggled big time. This was a big help. I’m using 2.8 or alike but the process was much a muchness. Maybe i cut off some but basically got what i need to move on with.

Great article. For folks who use WPML to run multilingual WordPress sites, this isn’t required as each post is written in a single language.

Instead of putting all the languages in the same post, WPML creates different posts, one for each language, and then connects them as translation groups.

This way, compatibility with other plugins is much simpler. Of course, there are always interesting issues to deal with, no matter which approach you’re taking…

I was trying to get the Easy AdSense widget working for http://www.click4click.co.uk and this error appeared in the admin panel but you helped fix it.

Simple issues really but I used this plugin lots of times and it did not cause this issue! So thats the bit I really want to figure out, any ideas?

Hello,
Wordpress 2.7.1 + Qtranslate plugin latest version installed. All worked fine, all but the ‘pages’ administration. Same compat.php warning, same “Untitled” pages issue.
